The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit.

After your fitness assessment, you will begin one-on-one personal training sessions with your coach. During these sessions, you will learn 35 to 40 key movements. You will build strength, speed, power, stamina. You will learn about proper warm-ups, mobility and recovery. You will develop better body awareness and will learn about injury-prevention. You will also tackle your diet, nutrition, and will work with your coach to discover the best fuel for your individual needs.

You will set short and long-term goals and commit to a plan to achieve them. After 10 to 20 sessions, you will be ready to graduate to group classes.

Led by our expert coaches, and by excluding some of the more complex barbell and gymnastics movements commonly found in CrossFit, the BFIT program allows you to get maximum results far quicker.

Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Class starts with a twenty five minute session of hiit Training using Skill Mills, Airdyne Bikes, Body Weight And Weighted exercises, this is when you sweat it out, burn calories and work on that lean muscle for toning your body from tip to toe.


You move on to half an hour of focused Flow, this is where you stretch it out, relieving any tight muscles and slow everything down. This means you leave every class feeling worked out and focused for what is ahead. This class is for everyone.
