60 Days Fitness Emersion Challenge
Our 60-day emersion program is designed for new clients in Perpetua , to get off to the best possible start out side of personal training. They can see the huge value that is on offer to them been a part of the community and the expertise on hand.
We will address fitness, movement, weight loss, sleep, energy and Along side this we will empower clients to get ready for our group class which is the next step of the journey.
The challenge for the client will be to show 25 days in the 60, take on-board our advice around nutrition and healthy habits to get best results. The Coach manager of the Academy will be in charge of graduating and on boarding in memberships.
On graduating form the challenge, all graduates will of passed the basic requirements for the next phase and be brought in with a level of confidence and results needed to succeed.

5 Semi-Private Training Sessions offered weekly. Same curriculum every week.
During 3 Prep sessions
- Lesson Plans
- Session 1 – TBC- Squats(Air, back,front, OH)- Accessory- Zombie, zercher, box, tempo
- Session 2 – TBC- Press (strict, push press, push jerk-maybe work in spit jerk too)
- Session 3 – TBC – Deadlift (Sumo, Sumo DHP, Deadlift)
- All sessions to be followed by a workout using basic movements
- Session notes filled out
- Testing recorded
- Movement’s rated
- Notes taken
3-5 Private Training Sessions to enter the Crossfit Perpetua Program once the 60-day emersion is completed
