Our 60-day Immersion program is designed for new clients wishing to join CrossFit classes at Perpetua. The challenge is designed to give them the best possible start, outside of personal training. During this challenge we will improve your fitness, teach you how to move properly and help you lose weight. Alongside this we will empower individuals and get them ready for our group classes, which is the next step of the journey.The challenge for the client will be to attend 25 days in the 60 and take on-board our advice around nutrition and healthy habits to get best results. The Coach manager of the Academy will be in charge of graduating and on boarding students into memberships.
